We’re pleased to introduce the newest member of the Grin team: Vaughn Valencia. Vaughn comes to Grin most recently from Intuit, where he was a project coordinator, overseeing a range of technology development projects. Prior to this role, Vaughn was in project management at The Active Network & was a Quality Assurance analyst at Sony. Vaughn has extensive experience in managing software projects, from concept to deployment, at large technology-driven organizations. His background in QA and understanding of traditional project management best practices position him well to immediately add value to Grin’s product development process. As Grin’s “Mobile App Producer” – Vaughn will be taking over the day-to-day project & team management responsibilities from Brian. This means he will work directly with our globally distributed design & development team to ensure we’re shipping apps effectively & efficiently. With this transition, Brian will begin focusing his efforts on pre-launch app strategy, product pipeline ownership & monetization. Brandon will remain responsible for post-launch app marketing, user acquisition & ASO. Vaughn has relocated to Elk Grove with his wife, Sami. They are expecting twins in July. Vaughn is an avid gamer, enjoys golf and has a love for Sacramento! A perfect fit for the Grin team… Welcome to the team Vaughn!
